So on Monday the drs decided to operate on the right leg without much warning to us. Thankfully though Mary and the anaesthetic were totally on board with the whole thing and by Monday afternoon Mary was out and recovering after a successful op.
Today she was much more wide eyed, enjoying a little Eva Cassidy and Billy Joel as a soundtrack which didn't demand too many dance moves, just yet. The nurse had given her a little hairwash and was asking if we would bring in Mary's favourite face mask so she could do a little skin care. Bea and I reflected on this face mask question. I decided the favourite over face routine was probably a duvet. Any more advanced suggestions are most welcome...
Great news! What's the addy for Mary's CDs? x
